CEO/Partner

Kevin has been in sales for many years. His passion for helping people is what drives him. Kevin's leadership is something we couldn't do without. His many years of experience in this field and others provide him with the knowledge to give customers the best results, and his care for clients is unmatched. When not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 kids, attending church, going to the gym, and doing outdoor activities.

Dylan Copenhaver

COO/Partner

Dylan plays an integral role in the company's success. His many years of management experience and leadership are a great value to the company. He wears many hats at Elevation Exteriors. When not at work, Dylan enjoys spending time with his wife and 6 kids, volunteering at their local church, and traveling.

Nick Griep

Sales Representative

Nick has a valuable role in Sales. He has helped many customers with navigating their projects. His fun nature, drive to get our customers what they deserve, and loyalty are things we admire in Nick. Outside of work Nick enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and family, and fishing, especially for bass.

Heather Copenhaver

Administrative Assistant

Heather helps out with day to day administration work. She helps take the office load off of us. She also collaborates with our Event Planner to book and coordinate events we attend. In her free time, Heather enjoys spending time with her husband Dylan and their 6 kids, going to church, enjoying the outdoors, and traveling.

Jennifer Carlson

Event Planner

Jennifer schedules, coordinates, and plans our events. She also helps out with marketing. We love being involved in our community, and she helps make sure we maintain a solid presence. When she's not working, Jennifer loves spending time with her husband Kevin and their 3 kids, attending church, traveling, and being active going to the gym and doing yoga.
