Separate written agreements govern any actual services performed by Elevation Exteriors.

3. SMS and Text Message Communications

4. Estimates, Proposals, and Service Agreements

Any estimate, proposal, or quote provided by Elevation Exteriors in response to a form submission or inquiry is:

* A good-faith approximation based on information available at the time it is prepared

* Subject to revision following an on-site inspection if conditions differ from what was described or assumed

* Not a binding contract for services until a separate written service agreement or proposal is signed by the applicable parties

Submitting a form, receiving a response from us, or receiving an estimate does not create a contractor-client relationship or any obligation on the part of Elevation Exteriors to perform services.

A binding obligation to perform construction or home improvement services arises only through the applicable written service agreement.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, trademarks, photographs, videos, the Elevation Exteriors name and branding, and the overall design and structure of the Site, is owned by or licensed to Elevation Exteriors LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
